Mountain Top Middle School Basketball tips off season

Mountain Top Middle School Basketball began play on Jan. 5 with some very exciting games. Teams were formed in December based on player evaluations and a formal player draft to ensure as much equity as possible. So far, the teams have not disappointed and there have been many tightly contested games.

UPDATE: WOHS boys' indoor track team wins third straight SEC title

The West Orange High School boys' indoor track and field team captured the team title at the Super Essex Conference-American Division Championships for the third straight season on Friday Dec. 30 at the Jersey City Armory.

WOHS boys' indoor track team impresses at Passarelli meet

The West Orange High School boys’ indoor track and field team raised eyebrows with outstanding performances at the Passarelli Invitational at Drew University on Thursday Dec. 22 in Madison.

In the 55-meter dash, senior Lance Smith finished second in 6.74, losing by just .01 to Union’s Wellington Brown, one of the fastest sprinters in the state.
